Consider this a fair warning: this is a dubstep song. I know, I know. If I was you, generally I would stop reading right now too. But hear me out! This isn’t regular WOMP WOMP WOMP dubstep, its dreamy alt-folk dubstep. Confused? So was I when I first heard it. Nilow manages to mix the two genres together and somehow bring out the best of both of them – its both intimate and heavy, anchored to the ground by the dub bass while the vocals are fluttery and light. Its like bedroom pop for the rave crowd. Listen to it if only to hear how original it sounds. You won’t regret it.
