Architecture In Helsinki – Contact High (Clock Opera Remix)

Australian indie pop group Architecture In Helsinki are planning to release their fourth studio album Moment Bends later on this month. Not haven released an album in over 4 years, there has been a lot of anticipation surrounding the band’s upcoming release. As if they needed more hype, Upside Sounds favorite Clock Opera has recently come out with a remix to the band’s latest single Contact High. If I had to describe this song in two words, I would say that it’s “pleasantly frightening.” Clock Opera’s soft and jovial beats are paired alongside the distorted and haunting vocals of Architecture In Helsinki, making for an atmosphere that is both terrifying and exhilarating at the same time;. much like the sensation denoted in the song’s title. Whether this mood was intentional or not, Clock Opera composes a track that should be on everyone’s playlists by April 20th.
