Remixes that I will honest to god never get tired of listening to are those from Clock Opera. No matter the band, no matter the track, this quartet from London seem to bring out the best out of every composition they edit. Whether its the repetitive sound of a kickdrum, an abrupt syllable belted out by a lead vocalist, or the gentle strumming of a guitar, Clock Opera always manage to highlight your favorite instances of songs; even if you don’t know they’re your favorite at the time. Rather than overshadowing tracks with their own musical expertise, Clock Opera make the listener appreciate the original more by helping them realize subtleties within a song that you might not have noticed before. And for that, I thank them.
