Reaching #67 on Triple J’s Hot 100 for 2011, New Navy’s track “Zimbabwe” has caused quite the stir in the music scene for last couple of months. A song producers can’t seem to get enough of, this single has already been remixed by the likes of Flume, Lancelot, and Distrackt. Now Sydney collective RüFüS have decided to take their shot at editing the track by adding in their signature indie-dance grooves that they’ve become known for. If that wasn’t enough, they have also decided to create their own music video, in which they take video clips from several movies and mash them up according to the lyrics and rhythms of the song. After watching this video, one will get the urge to escape, engage in romance, but more importantly, dance like there’s no tomorrow!
