Wow, what a week it has been not only for nu-disco, but for music in general. Last week when we last posted, Whitney Houston was still alive and Skrillex had yet to win a mind-blowing 3 Grammys. At times like this, in an ever changing musical landscape, I’m glad that I can always rely on a consistent source of nu-disco to get me through the weekend.
In this week’s edition, I’ve decided to include tracks like Goldroom‘s massively catchy remix to Lancelot’s “We Can Dance” and Eat More Cake‘s rendition of Whitney Houston’s classic ”Wanna Dance With Somebody.” Also, regulars such as Alexandre Louvré, Le Crayon, and Fabian round out the list, while artists such as Them Jeans, Hey Champ, and Thrill Kill make their first debut on Disco Friday.
