Video Roundup #6

Are you ready for the new video roundup? This week, I selected for you 4 brand new video clips, I hope you’ll enjoy!

The long anticipated debut album of Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs is finally out! In commemoration of the release, I’ve decided to share the music video for his track “Trouble”, featuring Orlando (the man behind TEED) in a party well surrounded by blonde girls… Check out the video clip, and make sure to listen to the whole album!

Second Date, aka London-based producer Henry Birkbeck, has a new video clip coming with his very sweet song “Young, Beautiful, Etc.”, released in 2011. It’s the kind of song that seduces me at the first listen, mixing a very sweet piano intro and vocals, and then evolving with a great bassline and synths….I recommend you to keep an eye on him, and check out his Soundcloud page to hear his other remixes and songs!

Do you know the indie band Dirty Projectors? I personally discovered them with their song “Stillness Is The Move” that I’m still listening to very often. ”Gun Has No Trigger”, coming with a video clip, is the first single from their forthcoming album “‘Swing Lo Magellan”, out July 10 in the U.S. and July 9 worldwide, on Domino Records. The video shows band members singing in front of colored backdrops and was apparently inspired by Apple iPod commercials!

Strip Steve revealed a new video clip for his song “Astral Projection”, in collaboration with the LA-duo Puro Instinct. It’s a colorful and psychedelic video matching pretty well this fresh disco-pop tune. Strip Steve’s debut album “Micro Mega” will be out on July 13 via Boysnoize Records.
